1DMP300 Series Integrative Protection Monitor Device

Main characteristic:

1. The integrative unit body of sealed antijamming protection and monitor can not only assemble screen but also separate assemble on the switch cabinet.

2. Protection and monitor have their own sampling loop respectively, which ensure the precision of measuring, and the capability of antisaturation required by the protection.

电除尘原理:

电除尘器是利用静电力实现粒子与气流分享的一种除尘装置。电除尘系统由电除尘器、高压供电装置、低压控制柜、进出气管路和卸运灰装置组成。电除尘器本体是高压电场,由高压电源供给高压电场 以高压脉动直流电。在高压电场中,气体受电场国作用发生电离,电离产生大量电子和离子,尘粒子离子在电场力的作用下,带电性的尘粒被吸附到电极板上,当积聚到一定厚度以后,低压控制柜控制低压设备,通过振打装置振打,将尘粒从沉淀表面剥离下来,并便它落入灰斗,由卸运灰装置入料仓或成球系统,完成收尘过程。
